Through the BPN program, Esperance gained valuable skills and tools that helped her take charge of her business finances and separate business finances from personal finances. Interacting with other business owners and entrepreneurs in the program helped her understand that ups and downs are normal in business, but that clear vision and determination lead to success.
Esperance expanded its school facility to 2 classrooms with 4 shifts, not only to serve more students, but also to improve the quality of services offered. It also purchased more learning materials and offered training to its staff on "Child Brain Development".
It is proud to be contributing to the development of its country and is determined to continue doing so. Esperance is looking for ways to expand her services to neighboring areas where the need for education is great. She plans to move the school closer to these areas or find a bus to take children from these areas to school and vice versa.
It is heartwarming to watch Esperance at work. She is dedicated and gets the most out of the small classroom with great attention to detail and great care for the children.
