Patrick, originally a computer technician, turned to furniture manufacturing as a woodworker and entrepreneur. He studied computer science in India, but discovered his passion for craftsmanship and woodworking through a friend. Despite his technical studies, he made wooden kitchen utensils for friends in his spare time. After returning to Rwanda and working as a computer engineer, he decided to devote himself entirely to his passion for woodworking. In a small workshop at home, he initially made furniture for friends and acquaintances. Eventually, a successful order from a hotel led Patrick to quit his secure job as a computer engineer and set up his own furniture manufacturing company.
Patrick has turned his love of woodworking into a business, creating bespoke furniture that combines functionality with artistic flair. He offers artistically designed wooden furniture, decorative items, kitchen utensils and furniture accessories for upscale private customers, hotels and restaurants who are willing to pay for high-quality furniture products. Patrick pays attention to environmental sustainability by only using wood from conflict-free regions, reclaimed wood, recycled wood or wood that has been deforested by natural causes.
Patrick has taken the time to train his team in sustainability and business continuity. Patrick's dedication and commitment has allowed his business to expand and open a showroom. As the business continues to grow, Patrick envisions a future where his creations become synonymous with quality and craftsmanship and evolve into a luxury brand. His willingness to invest time and money in business management services shows how BPN can help him realize his vision and take his business to the next level.
