14 entrepreneurs from Mongolia traveled to Switzerland. A full program with exciting inputs awaited them. Six company visits were on the agenda. The motivated small business owners received training and inspiration directly on site from Swiss entrepreneurs from various sectors.
The Mongolian entrepreneurs were very impressed by every single Swiss company. The warm hospitality with which they were received at each place they visited immediately created an open atmosphere in which many good conversations were possible and there was enough time for questions. It was a great privilege for the guests to be able to take a look behind the scenes of successful companies, all of which focus on their customers and their needs. The Mongolian guests were also very impressed by the passion of the individual hosts with regard to first-class service. The Swiss companies became role models when it came to meeting the highest standards of quality and service.
