Party decorations

In the beginning, Oyungerel received commissions via social media such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as through recommendations from her circle of friends. She worked from home and did not have a permanent studio. However, in 2022 she rented a 160 m² store and opened her first store, where she now sells various balloons, party decorations and sweets.

In the future, Oyungerel would like to expand its team: More decorators and customer service staff will provide a more professional service. She is also planning new services such as working with convenience stores in Mongolia to offer do-it-yourself balloon kits. She is also considering online sales of party supplies and printing company logos on balloons to expand her service offerings. To grow her business, Oyungerel wants to participate in the BPN program and continue her education through seminars and coaching. Her main customers are currently individuals looking for decoration items for various celebrations (birthdays, weddings, parties, etc.).
