Lhagvasuren worked for 14 years as a cameraman and director for a Mongolian television station. However, he realized that he didn't want to work in this profession his whole life, but would rather start his own business. Together with a good friend, who is now his business partner, he finally took the plunge into self-employment. Lhagvasuren founded his company, which produces juice from goji berries, in 2006 under the motto "Refresh the thirsty, harvest success". The company currently employs 8 people. Production takes place in Ulaanbaatar on a rented area of 155 m². The bushes on which the goji berries grow are lovingly tended by Lhagvasuren himself.
The drink contains over 20 vitamins and other ingredients from the kharmag fruit, which we know as the goji berry. These make the product unique and very healthy for the human body. In Mongolia, the fruit is only found in the Gobi Desert regions. In order to preserve the important ingredients, the fruit is processed quickly or stored for a short time in the first 3 months after harvesting. The name of the fruit was recorded in Tibetan medicine books 2,000 years ago as PANMIBRAIBU (панмибрайбү). The drink from Lhagvasuren's company helps with gastritis and can prevent blood pressure fluctuations if consumed regularly. It supports blood formation and circulation.
Lhagvasuren sells his fruit juice through six large supermarkets in Ulaanbaatar as well as through smaller stores, direct deliveries, online stores and teleshopping. His vision is to positively influence the health behavior of Mongolians with his drink. His goal is that one day every inhabitant of Mongolia will have heard of his drink. To get closer to this major goal, he would like to acquire basic business knowledge and is looking forward to the seminars and coaching provided by BPN.
