Khan Bank and BPN-Mongolia have jointly developed the "SME Development Program". This exclusive program is aimed at interested SME owners from Khan Bank's client base who are ready to take their business to a professional level. The compact 5-week development program provides business management training in tailored modules: Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Employee Leadership, and Communications. Individual coaching and financing round out this attractive program.
We teach business knowledge in a targeted, simple and very practice-oriented manner. Entrepreneurs can apply what they have learned in their everyday business life at any time. In addition, we focus on changing ways of thinking and behaving. What makes entrepreneurs successful? What is the key? We teach habits that enable them to run their SME highly effectively.
Khan Bank and BPN-Mongolia have successfully implemented the 2023 support program for the 3rd time, with 20 entrepreneurs from different industries. A strong 95% of participants rated the program as 'very good' to 'good'. Our approach works: entrepreneurs discover their hidden potential and skills to reach a higher professional level. For the graduates of the 5-week development program, there is the possibility to go on to the BPN program. Already 4 entrepreneurs have been accepted into the BPN program.
