Khan Bank and BPN-Mongolia have jointly developed the "SME Development Program". This exclusive program is aimed at interested SME owners from Khan Bank's customer base who are ready to take their business to a professional level. The compact 5-week development program offers business management training in tailor-made modules: Business Management, Finance, Marketing, People Management and Communication. Individual coaching and financing round off this attractive program.
We teach business management knowledge in a targeted, simple and very practice-oriented way. Entrepreneurs can apply what they have learned in their day-to-day business at any time. We also focus on changing ways of thinking and behavior. What makes entrepreneurs successful? What is the key? We teach habits on how to run your SME highly effectively.
Khan Bank and BPN-Mongolia have already successfully implemented the 2023 development program for the 3rd time, with 20 entrepreneurs from various sectors. A strong 95% of participants rate the program as 'very good' to 'good'. Our approach works: entrepreneurs discover their hidden potential and skills to reach a higher professional level. Graduates of the 5-week development program have the opportunity to move on to the BPN program. Already 4 entrepreneurs have been accepted into the BPN program.
