Entrepreneurial learning on site
Over the course of seven days, the group of Kyrgyz entrepreneurs - organized by BPN - visited over a dozen companies, schools, clinics and business personalities throughout Switzerland. The participants came from the education and healthcare sectors as well as the hospitality industry. They were united by a common goal: to learn about Swiss quality, entrepreneurship and organization - and to gain inspiration for their own companies.
Encounters at eye level
The itinerary led through Lucerne, the Bernese Oberland, Zurich, Thurgau and the island of Reichenau. And it was not touristy - but deeply entrepreneurial. Whether at a psychiatric clinic on Lake Constance, a lift manufacturer in Bern or a dental practice in Winterthur, the focus everywhere was on processes, responsibility, values and what constitutes long-term success. The decisive factor was not just what was shown, but how: with openness, substance and an honest interest in dialog.
What remains? Impressions that work. And feedback that makes it clear why such trips are a central component of the BPN approach:
"This journey has been the best I have ever done. I have not only grown as an entrepreneur, but also as a citizen."
- Minara, private school & kindergarten
"It was an intensive program that enriched us not only professionally, but also personally."
- Nazgul, catering entrepreneur
The BPN team on site accompanied the group professionally, multilingually and with a high level of presence. Remarkably, the participants financed the trip themselves - a sign of real commitment and personal responsibility.
Conclusion: This study trip was not an incentive - but an investment project in entrepreneurial thinking and action. It confirmed that BPN is far more than a training program: it is a network in which impact is created - through encounters, quality and entrepreneurial attitude.
A network that supports
