Project description

His company offers professional tailoring services with a focus on women's clothing. The products are supplied directly to markets, stores and wholesalers in the CIS states (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, etc.). As demand grows, Azimkul plans to offer menswear in the future and also set up his own fabric showroom. His long-term goal is to become a leading exporter of clothing products in Central Asia.

The company currently employs 64 people, including 50 specialists in production. Thanks to targeted investments in modern machinery and more efficient processes, production capacity has been significantly increased. The team is set to grow by a further 60 people in the coming years. Azimkul attaches great importance to the development of his employees - through training, new working methods and long-term prospects. Participation in the BPN program should help him to further develop his business management skills and make his company fit for the international market.
