Project description

In Bishkek, Aiganysh operates a store that brings together 64 different brands under one roof. The product range includes clothing, jewelry, leather goods, and accessories, many of which are made in small Kyrgyz workshops. This business model gives local producers access to brick-and-mortar retail without requiring them to operate their own retail stores.

The company handles the entire sales process, including staffing, checkout, billing, customer service, and product photography for social media. In addition, partners receive valuable feedback on their sales figures and demand. Through a commission-based model, the company and the participating brands both benefit from sales success. The business currently employs eleven people.

In the long term, the business is expected to evolve into a comprehensive platform for local brands. Plans include additional training and consulting services, the expansion of online sales, and growth into other cities. The goal is to create new sales opportunities and sustainably strengthen local entrepreneurship.
