The BPN Foundation has reactivated its activities in the south of Kyrgyzstan - in Osh. Over the past 9 months, a total of 86 entrepreneurs were trained in Osh:
- 32 participants attended the two additional seminars "Sales through satisfied customers" and "Time management".
- 54 participants successfully completed 3 basic seminars on the topics of marketing, employee management and "Fundamentals of Business Management".
- 7 entrepreneurs were accepted into the BPN program.
- 7 coaching sessions were conducted.
The new start in Osh has definitely succeeded! We see a great potential for the south of Kyrgyzstan. There is a growing group of migrant workers who have worked abroad for a long time (especially Russia) and now return with professional experience and often financial resources to start their own businesses.
We received a lot of positive feedback from participants and experienced a great willingness on the part of entrepreneurs to continue working with us. We look forward to continuing the activities in 2023.
