- Parliament adopted amendments to the law on external migration, which, among other things, limit a visa-free stay for 60 days at a time in the time frame of 120 days. The visa is to be obtained directly upon entry at the airport.
- President Dzhaparov was received in Ulanbaataar by his Mongolian counterpart Uchnaagiin Churelsuch for talks on bilateral cooperation in the fields of trade, economy, agriculture and tourism, among others.
