Central and easily accessible - our new location
Our new office in Managua is only a few minutes' drive from our previous location, so it remains central and easily accessible - and at the same time brings with it a number of welcome improvements: it offers significantly more parking spaces, a spacious seminar room and separate offices instead of open-plan solutions. This not only creates better working conditions for our team, but also more space for discreet and focused coaching sessions with our entrepreneurs on site.
Solid substance at fair conditions
Although the building itself is older, it is well maintained and in solid condition. Particularly pleasing: the rental costs are well below the current market level - an advantage that should not be underestimated in view of the sharp rise in real estate prices in Managua. This price trend is due not least to the increasing presence of Chinese companies, which are putting the market under pressure with aggressive offers.

We see the move as an investment in the quality of our work and in strengthening our local team. The new location creates the conditions for us to continue our commitment in Nicaragua with even more substance, focus and impact. A good office is the basis for being able to carry out our work effectively on the ground - be it in supporting entrepreneurs, holding seminars or in our team's daily exchanges.
