business trips to Switzerland (2022 and 2025) recently came together in Bishkek - 20 out of 21, joined by some spouses. The joy of reunion was great, the atmosphere warm and lively: It felt like the inspiring week in Switzerland was lighting up all over again.
After a tour of our host Margarita's clay factory and an impressive demonstration of how a fine vase is made from a 7-kilo lump of clay, a festive dinner awaited us. Members of the group had prepared the table themselves. There was everything from plof to fried trout, a real feast for the eyes and the palate.
In the subsequent workshop we asked: How can inspiration from Switzerland strengthen our business owners' association in Kyrgyzstan? Various project ideas emerged in small groups: Shaping succession solutions, mentorship, open doors & exchange. In a vote, the group clearly decided on "Open Doors & Exchange" as the new focus project: entrepreneurs visit each other, share experiences and thus strengthen cohesion and the learning culture in the BPN-businessbusiness owners' association in Bishkek.
Finally, the evening ended in a cheerful atmosphere with conversation, laughter and music. Switzerland was the starting point, but the real journey continues here: in our relationships, projects and joint steps as a business owners' association in Kyrgyzstan.
