Ligobert took a liking to drawing, realizing that his hands and eyes made a perfect duo to capture the myriad details of his surroundings, especially the animals that roamed the landscape around him. Out of this passion, Ligobert decided to enroll at an art college in Rwanda. The professional skills he acquired allowed him to look beyond the canvas and envision a future where his art could bring about change in his community. In 2017, Ligobert decided to dedicate his career to a cause close to his heart: the protection of endangered species and climate change. This is how he eventually founded his current art studio.
The artworks in the gallery bring animals to life, allowing local and international tourists to look animals like gorillas straight in the eye and interact with them. The studio grew quickly and Ligobert and his team transformed their art studio into a center for creativity and conservation. Ligobert's vision is not only to create art, but also to create a destination for art and animal lovers. With vibrant colors and intricate designs, Ligobert seeks to bridge the gap between humans and animals by reminding everyone who walks through his doors of the beauty and fragility of nature.
Ligobert believes that working with BPN will significantly improve his entrepreneurial skills and impact on his community. Despite the impressive work Ligobert has done so far in building his business, he needs knowledge and skills in financial management and processes, which BPN can help him with.
