Roberto's brother founded a construction company together with their father and an uncle in 2005. During his studies as a civil engineer, Roberto occasionally helped out in the areas of purchasing and logistics. But in 2018, his brother got into difficulties and had to leave the company. As their father was already older, Roberto took over responsibility - a major challenge for him. Today, Roberto successfully manages the construction company, supported by his wife, who works in HR management. Despite his continuous learning in business management, Roberto realized that he found it difficult to integrate theoretical knowledge into his company in a practical way. That's why he turned to BPN.
Financial management in particular was a challenge for Roberto. Even the simple financial tool caused him difficulties at first, as finance had previously been one of his weaknesses. However, it now helps him to keep a clear overview of his entire company instead of just focusing on individual projects. By creating his business plan, Roberto took a close look at his future and gained a much clearer idea of where he wants to go. An important goal for him is no longer to exclusively implement government projects, but also to enter the private market - an area in which he has no previous experience.
