Ixxzelt is 37 years old. She studied medicine for a number of years, but dropped out and graduated as a pharmacist. She then worked as a saleswoman and in customer service in various companies. Both she and her husband decided to quit their jobs and use the severance pay to open a meat processing business.
Ixxzelt's husband, Henry, already had experience in the business and initially delivered popular cuts of meat on his motorcycle. A few months later, the couple rented a well-located store with a small freezer, scales and a knife. As Ixxzelt sold good quality meat in their butcher's shop right from the start, with little weight loss and no artificial preservatives, demand quickly increased and they began to process whole pigs once a week.
Ixxzelt came to BPN because she realized that she and her husband needed help to grow in an orderly fashion and not lose control. The introductory workshops have already helped them to get the financial information they need and to be clear about HOW to achieve their goals. In the future, they would like to own their own property and process and deliver pork and beef on a daily basis. They also plan to deliver more to restaurants and the market in addition to the regular customers in the store.
