Education System

Open

Esperance I.

Starting as a small childcare initiative, Esperance gradually developed into an independent educational institution. This was based on its experience in early childhood education and its understanding of the needs of children and parents.

While working as a preschool teacher, she recognized the growing demand for reliable, high-quality child care. This observation motivated her to establish her own child care program and later expand it into a school.

Business challenges such as changes in business partnerships and a necessary relocation demanded a great deal of adaptability on her part. Nevertheless, she managed to keep the school running, establish new structures, and continuously expand the educational offerings.

Today, she combines educational expertise with practical experience in leadership, school administration, and organizational development. She is particularly noted for her resilience, her sense of responsibility, and her long-term vision for the school’s continued development.

By participating in the BPN program, she hopes to deepen her expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational organization. The focus is on establishing professional leadership and administrative structures to ensure the long-term quality of educational offerings and to successfully implement the planned expansion.

Project description

The educational institution offers childcare as well as preschool and elementary school education. Using a holistic educational approach, it combines the national curriculum with the development of social skills, emotional intelligence, and personal values. Supplementary courses in areas such as robotics and critical thinking are designed to prepare children for future challenges.

What began in 2019 as a small childcare center has grown into a well-established school with about 180 students. The school offers education ranging from early childhood care through sixth grade. A team of 21 staff members manages the school’s operations and provides individualized support to the children.

The school is designed specifically for middle-income families who value a modern yet personalized learning environment. One of its particular strengths lies in its close collaboration with parents and its integration of academic education with holistic development.

The focus for future development is on improving internal organizational structures, obtaining full state accreditation, and expanding physical capacity. Long-term goals include acquiring our own property, establishing a suitable school infrastructure, and potentially introducing the international Cambridge curriculum. These efforts are intended to lay the groundwork for increasing student enrollment and sustainable growth.
