Boldbayar is a trained chef and worked in various restaurants before deciding to join the family business. The business was founded in the early 1990s by his grandmother - a specialist in leather gloves. Today, his mother continues to run the business, together with Boldbayar. The company has its own well-equipped production area of 63 m². The main line produces leather gloves made from Mongolian goatskin, which are supplied to military and police units through government tenders. The population in Ulaanbaatar and in the countryside is also supplied via dealers. Boldbayar's mother is responsible for this area and has many years of experience in mass production.
Boldbayar itself has specialized in the development of a new product line: Gloves made from luxurious materials for special occasions, elegant appearances, sporting activities or individual needs. To this end, he has created his own brand that clearly stands out from the traditional range.
His aim is to develop this brand into a strong, independent label and position it internationally. Boldbayar sees great potential in exports in particular. With his background in gastronomy, he has a keen sense of style, functionality and customer appeal - qualities that should help him to lead the traditional family business successfully into the future.
