Khashkhuu is originally a civil engineer. It is thanks to his wife's family that he now runs a pharmaceutical company. The company was founded in 1990 by Khashkhuu's father-in-law and is active in the field of traditional medicine. Khashkuu is now the next generation to run the pharmaceutical company, which was separated two years ago from the hospital business, which also belongs to his wife's family. While Khashkhuu continues to expand the pharmaceutical company, his wife works as a doctor in the family hospital.
Khashkhuu and his team mainly produce medicines according to traditional recipes (medicinal plants). Internal diseases, joint diseases, nervous disorders and gynecological diseases are treated very effectively with traditional medicines made according to old Tibetan and Mongolian recipes. Due to a shortage of raw materials, the company has been growing rare medicinal plants itself since 2012 without disturbing the natural ecological balance. In addition to using the home-grown medicinal plants in its own pharmaceutical industry, raw medicinal plants are also sold to other pharmaceutical companies. The specialty of traditional medicine is raw materials, especially medicinal plants and other raw materials of animal origin as well as natural minerals.
The Khashkuu factory is located in its own 400 m2 building. Sales are handled by the company's own pharmacy and cooperating pharmacies. As more and more customers prefer natural products, Khashkuu wants to increase the number of medicines in its range in future and replace imports accordingly. Khashkhuu is also planning to introduce nutritional supplements for children to support the immune system.
