Kiyal is passionate about early childhood education. After her first years as the director of a public kindergarten, she founded her own institution in 2012 - with the aim of providing children in Osh with a high-quality, modern pre-school education. What began as an individual initiative is now a recognized educational company with 2 locations and a clear pedagogical profile.
Her approach is inspired by innovative concepts, particularly from Japan, and focuses on a loving, pressure-free learning environment. Children should be able to develop freely and develop basic skills for a fulfilling life. This includes independence, emotional balance and holistic support - complemented by a balanced diet and regular exercise. This holistic understanding of education and care characterizes everyday life in Kiyal's kindergartens.
With a team of 29 specialists - including teachers, assistants, a musician, psychologist and medical staff - she is able to respond to the individual needs of each child. The high quality of care and the satisfaction of the staff are central pillars of its success. Kiyal attaches great importance to continuous further training and an appreciative working culture.
She sees the BPN training program as a valuable opportunity to expand her entrepreneurial knowledge. She would particularly like to strengthen her skills in the areas of business management, team development and strategic growth in order to further develop her kindergartens in the long term.
