Ulanbek is 46 years old and embodies the ideal image of a hard-working and skilled craftsman. After working in his father-in-law's business for 18 years, he set up his own business a year ago and produces stairs, furnishings and furniture together with his employees. The property in which he previously rented his workshop premises has to make way for a new building and will be demolished. Ulanbek takes this as an opportunity to further develop his company. As a first step, he takes over the production machines that he had also been renting. A BPN loan of USD 9,000 is made available to him for this purpose. He relocates production to spacious premises owned by his father-in-law. This approach enables Ulanbek to move his company forward step by step.
Ulanbek is working on entrepreneurial development on several levels. In future, he wants to focus more on the manufacture of stairs and thus optimize the potential in the area of production and logistics processes. By developing and establishing his brand, he hopes to increase the volume of orders by expanding his customer base. Through the training at BPN, which was recommended to him by an acquaintance, he is also acquiring the necessary basic business knowledge. Ulanbek has already completed 2 of the 4 basic seminars with commitment. BPN is also supporting Ulanbek with coaching sessions on his path from craftsman to entrepreneur. We wish him continued success!
