Entrepreneurship is in Nino's blood. Even during her studies, she earned a little extra income by making and selling handmade soaps. But that was soon no longer enough for her. In search of market niches and inspired by observations abroad, she decided to convert an old bus into a food truck together with her boyfriend. The aim: to offer guests freshly prepared food on site at various events such as music festivals, car races and Christmas markets. That was the birth of her current company.
In the first year of business, Nino took care of all the work together with her mother and boyfriend. However, she soon realized the enormous business potential, especially in the summer months, and the opportunity to take part in several events at the same time. The company now employs 3 more part-time staff and has expanded the food truck to include mobile market stalls. Nino is also constantly developing the culinary offering to meet the tastes of her customers.
With BPN's support, Nino has also made great strides in business management and turned her hobby into a successful business. She now keeps careful records of income and expenditure for each event and uses a warehouse management system to manage her inventory. Nino has learned that she can achieve even more with effective planning and optimized processes.
She now feels able to organize several events at the same time. In the near future, she would like to replace her food truck with a new vehicle, as the old one is no longer suitable for longer distances.
We look forward to continuing to accompany and support Nino on her entrepreneurial journey.
