All this newly acquired know-how was ultimately transferred to his employees. He took the next decisive step in the further development of his school: he focused on his entire team. Orgil saw a BPN company seminar as the ideal opportunity to support and develop his employees. He made it possible for his entire team to attend a seminar at BPN Mongolia. The focus was on basic management and organization in the team. Orgil and his team are still working on the input they received: the employees and their principal are already working on implementing the jointly developed goals.
As a BPN participant, Orgil became a multiplier of business education. Entrepreneurs like Orgil transfer their personal positive impact of the BPN Foundation's work to their entire team. We are delighted to be able to offer corporate seminars to such committed entrepreneurs and their teams. In the following feedback, Orgil explains how participating in the seminar has helped him:
"BPN Mongolia's management training was an instructive experience that also made me think in some places. There were good thoughts that I was able to introduce into the management and organization of my team at school. The focus was on key topics such as corporate structure, team leadership, communication, performance, motivation, corporate culture and leadership strategies.
The practice-oriented approach of the training is particularly noteworthy. Through case studies and group exercises, I was able to apply the content taught directly and gain valuable insights into my own leadership skills.
In the first module, we dealt with the topic of "management levels". Middle management in the workplace often has a bad reputation. They are often neglected, lack support and are caught "between the lines". I therefore believe that we need to look more closely at the topic of middle management in the near future. Communication is also one of the key skills that needs to be promoted in middle management at our school.
This management training has strengthened my ability to act confidently in challenging situations, make clear decisions and successfully motivate my team. I am convinced that the skills I have acquired will be of great benefit in my day-to-day work.
