The felt is dimensionally stable, easy to care for, and temperature-regulating, cooling when it is warm and warming when it is cold. Production is carefully carried out by hand, organized from home in collaboration with four skilled workers. This flexible model reduces operating costs and minimizes personnel risks. In the future, Altantsetseg plans to invest in machinery, her own workshop, and the protection of her designs as intellectual property in order to expand capacity and optimize processes.
