28-year-old Yulia studied psychology and, after graduating in 2017, first worked as a teacher at a mainstream school and later as a head teacher. Even during this time, she repeatedly offered her services as a psychologist at home. She continued to train, for example with a master's degree in sexual abuse or anxiety. The pandemic helped her to offer her sessions virtually internationally. Since then, she has continued to develop and has since set up her own practice for psychological services.
After a while, Yulia had a waiting list of 150 people who wanted to use her services. At this point, she started hiring other therapists on a freelance basis. She continuously expanded her infrastructure and offers her services with specialists from various fields both virtually and on-site in her practice. She currently has 4 treatment rooms available for this purpose.
As she grew, Yulia realized she needed help with management, which is why she turned to BPN. She says that the selection process alone changed her life. At first, she was shocked to realize with the help of BPN's financial tool that she was in the red despite high sales. With the business plan and BPN's support, she is now eager to implement the necessary changes. In the future, she wants to become a full-fledged clinic and add more specialties to her offerings, as well as offer workshops at the university.
