Celeste studied business administration and worked in customer service at a bank before starting her own business. When her brother came back from the US in 2011 she was able to open a small grill restaurant with 6 tables with some money. Constantly growing, it was so well known that people could not be served due to lack of space. Therefore, in 2014, Celeste decided to invest 70,000 USD and establish an exquisite restaurant in the best place in Leon Park - which she succeeded in doing. Then, in the 2018 riots, their restaurant was set on fire and they lost everything. As a couple, they thought about whether to leave the country or stay. They decided to stay. Her husband sold a farm and they started in another rented place at the end of 2018. Because of Covid, they closed again as early as March 2020, but reopened the restaurant portion in September and also opened the hotel portion of the building 1 year later. The hotel includes about 15 rooms to accommodate overnight guests. Meanwhile, the restaurant specializes in authentic Mexican food and meat dishes.
