Restaurant

Christian B.

Christian has worked in various sectors at home and abroad and has also run his own businesses from time to time (e.g. producing sour milk, customizing watch dials, etc.). In 2014, he learned from a Dominican how to cut and prepare pork in a special way, which ultimately led to his current business idea. Through research, Christian learned about the dish "Chicharrón", in which the meat is prepared in the newly learned way. The meat is crispy on one side and tender on the other.

Project description

So Christian opened his own restaurant. In 2018, he had to close for 3 months due to the political unrest. He used the time to further develop his brand and celebrated his reopening as a take-away restaurant in 2019. He also sold his food via social media and noticed an increased demand for a traditional restaurant with tables and chairs to sit down. He then converted the business into a regular restaurant and has seen tremendous growth ever since. The preparation method, the beautiful atmosphere in the restaurant and the view make Christian's business unique and set him apart from the competition.

Christian came to BPN for help with finance and other business management issues. He has already attended his first seminars and has, as he says himself, found his feet back on the ground. Christian has growth plans for the future with the opening of new branches and take-aways and the expansion of the existing restaurant with a children's playground. After the marketing seminar, he has put the idea of running a pig farm on ice for the time being and wants to focus on developing his core business first.
