The entrepreneur earned a degree in South Korea to become a Korean language teacher and translator. She then gained professional experience in both government and private organizations. From an early age, she harbored a desire to one day start her own business.

As a mother of three, she devoted a great deal of attention to finding healthy and nutritious foods for her family. In the process, she realized that Mongolia has only a limited selection of locally produced snacks suitable for children. This personal experience gave rise to the business idea of creating healthy rice crackers as an alternative to imported products.

With a great deal of initiative, she brought her idea to life and launched her own business in 2024. Her goal is to manage the company professionally in the future, expand production, and make her products available to a wider customer base.

Project description

The company produces healthy and nutrient-rich rice crackers for children eight months and older. The idea arose from the need for high-quality snacks suitable for children, as there are currently very few comparable locally produced options on the Mongolian market, and many such products are imported.

The rice crackers are currently available in banana and strawberry flavors. The main ingredient is bulgur rice from Turkey, which contains dietary fiber, B vitamins, potassium, and folic acid, among other nutrients, and is characterized by its low sugar content. Care is also taken to ensure that the other ingredients are natural, organic, and suitable for children.

Production takes place in a rented space of about 80 m². The company currently employs four people. Since officially launching in 2024, the products have already gained a loyal customer base. Sales figures are trending upward, and the rice crackers are increasingly available in various stores. The goal is to further develop production, expand distribution, and professionally establish the company in the market over the long term.
