Delgersaikhan was influenced by the world of textile production from an early age - as a child, he helped out in a sewing factory where his father worked as production manager. Inspired by his father's experience, he decided to study textile technology and design. After graduating, he deepened his expertise in Korea and returned to his home country in 2012, where he founded his own company. Today, he and his team of 6 employees mainly produce functional workwear. He also produces high-quality women's coats made from wool.
Delgersaikhan's company is known for the reliable implementation of large orders, which he regularly wins through tenders. In order to be able to react flexibly to large production volumes, he relies specifically on outsourcing. Production takes place on a 280 m² site, with raw materials sourced from China and the local market. His father remains a particular source of support to this day, providing him with experience and advice.
With the aim of further developing his company strategically and growing as an entrepreneur, Delgersaikhan will be relying on BPN's support in future. Seminars, coaching sessions and investments in modern machinery will help to expand production capacities, optimize processes and expand the product range in a targeted manner.
