Erdenechuluun is an accountant by profession, but in 2015 he decided to start his own business in a different field and opened a sewing shop for workwear. He now employs 7 full-time employees. His company's main products are thick winter workwear and all other types of workwear.
Erdenechuluun also works with 2 small sewing workshops, to which he outsources tasks such as sewing on trouser pockets and smaller sewing jobs. His main customers are industry, mining companies and petrol stations.
It receives orders via government tenders or direct contracts. Erdenechuluun has produced and delivered 1,000 pieces of workwear in the last 4 months. He is currently working on an order for 400 pieces of workwear.
The current workshop was purchased with an investment loan and equipped with the necessary modern equipment and sewing machines. Erdenechuluun's brother works with him in the workshop and is responsible for the internal processes. The raw materials are purchased directly from the supplier after the order is received and smaller auxiliary materials are ordered from China. Erdenechuluun would like to expand his business management skills at BPN in order to develop his company successfully.
