Veterinarian Egnegshgui is the daughter and successor of Gereltuya, a BPN program participant. 7 years ago, her mother opened the veterinary clinic, which is now managed by Egnegshgui. She is responsible for the management and finances and currently employs 8 well-trained doctors, up to 13 depending on the season. The veterinary clinic moved into its own and larger practice building last year. We are very happy that Egnegshgui is continuing the veterinary clinic in the second generation. She would like support from BPN in business management issues in order to successfully develop the clinic further.
Egnegshgui offers specialized services for various small animals such as dogs and cats. In addition to individual consultations, the focus is on preventive examinations as well as outpatient and inpatient operations, vaccinations and cosmetic treatments such as hair and nail care. This is complemented by a 24-hour outpatient service. Its customers include private individuals and animal centers that raise or breed dogs.
Egnegshgui understands her industry very well and the veterinary clinic is well known in Ulaanbaatar. It is the second largest in Mongolia in terms of the number of clients and her goal is to become number 1. To achieve this, she would like to further expand her range of services and also offer them in clients' homes, for example. Egnegshgui would also like to purchase important treatment and diagnostic equipment in the medium term. With the help of the BPN program, she wants to improve her practice's service, attract new customers and develop herself and her staff.
