Andrej can look back on an impressive entrepreneurial career that began with craftsmanship and technical precision. After graduating in energy supply in 1994, he initially gained practical experience as an electrician and specialist in heating systems. At the end of 1996, he set up a small workshop in his parents' house - the beginning of a company rich in tradition that still stands for quality, reliability and technical individuality today.
For almost 30 years, the company in Kant has been producing customized tubular heating elements (TEN) for domestic, industrial and special applications. It has developed from a one-man operation into an independent manufacturer with its own store, a stable customer base and a growing regional reputation. The products are now also used in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
In-house production facilities enable maximum control and flexibility - from planning to delivery. The company is particularly valued for its individual approach: customers do not receive standard solutions, but custom-made products tailored to specific requirements. New business areas such as wholesale and e-commerce strengthen the company's future viability.
With a view to the coming years, Andrej is aiming to scale up production, modernize technology and focus more strongly on exports. Daughter Olesya brings fresh perspectives to the family business. Together, they see the BPN program as a valuable opportunity to develop local production into a regional brand with appeal - characterized by quality, trust and continuity across generations.
