Maftuna, a dedicated educational entrepreneur from Osh, discovered her passion for child development at an early age. After graduating in business administration in 2018, she quickly took on responsibility in a private school and was appointed head teacher after just 4 years. Parallel to her work, she founded her own education center in 2022 and completed a further degree in education, which she successfully completed in 2025. Complemented by training in neuropsychology, she now brings valuable skills to the individual support of children.
Her education center in southern Kyrgyzstan offers children aged 4 to 14 a wide range of courses: English lessons, school preparation, speed reading and mental arithmetic are just as much a part of it as modern methods with VR technology and public speaking training. Children with special needs are particularly close to Maftuna's heart and she supports them with a great deal of empathy.
Despite challenges such as high rental costs and fluctuating occupancy rates, it is pursuing clear goals: expansion to 1,500 m², the introduction of early education services from the age of one and the opening of a kindergarten for 100 children by 2026. With BPN's support, Maftuna wants to further develop its educational model and give even more children a strong, future-proof start.
