Feruza is an experienced doctor who offers specialized medical services with her clinic. Since its foundation in 2020, her company has developed into an established point of contact for cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, rheumatology, orthopaedics and ENT. With a dedicated team of 20 specialists, Feruza cares for patients of all ages.
In addition to the ongoing development of her clinic, Feruza is on the verge of an important milestone: she has won the tender for the management of a large, state-initiated medical center in Osh. The project is being financed by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Bank (RKDF) and aims to raise medical care in the region to a new level. The contract is about to be signed and Feruza is preparing intensively for the implementation of this ambitious project.
With the management of this new medical center, Feruza will transfer her expertise to a much larger level. Her aim is to sustainably improve the quality of healthcare in the region and establish state-of-the-art medical standards.
Feruza is taking part in the BPN program to prepare herself optimally for these new challenges. She wants to further develop her business management skills in order to successfully manage both her existing clinic and the new medical center. Her commitment, professional expertise and entrepreneurial vision make her a central figure in the medical landscape of Osh.
