Nursultan is an ambitious dentist and entrepreneur. After completing his studies and gaining several years of professional experience as a dentist, he founded his own dental clinic in 2023. His motivation: to offer modern dentistry that combines the highest quality, innovation and care.
His dental clinic offers a comprehensive range of services, from minimally invasive implantation and prosthetics to preventive check-ups. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of modern technologies and individual patient care. With high standards of hygiene and a focus on aesthetic dentistry, the clinic has already earned a good reputation.
Nursultan has set himself ambitious goals for the further development of the clinic. In addition to the introduction of innovative diagnostic procedures such as CT diagnostics and dental treatment under sedation, he plans to establish a regional branch network. In the coming years, the clinic is to establish itself not only as a treatment center, but also as a training and research facility. It is important to him to focus on ecologically sustainable approaches as well as achieving a positive social impact, for example through prevention programs and educational initiatives.
To meet the increasing demand, Nursultan plans to expand the team to 11 people by 2028, including additional dentists, administrative support and other medical professionals. This expansion will create valuable jobs and promote the personal development of employees. By participating in the BPN training program, Nursultan aims to further educate itself in the areas of strategic business management, financial management and effective human resource management.
