Aibika, an aspiring young entrepreneur from Osh, has already made a name for herself with her dedication and passion for the flower trade. The 24-year-old has an impressive background as a translator and accountant and combines her versatile skills to successfully run her own business. After gaining valuable experience as a florist and branch manager at the Florissimo florist chain, Aibika decided to start her own business at the end of 2023. In her flower store, Aibiki offers a wide range of services, including individual floral decorations, gift items and festive arrangements.
Located in the entrance area of an Asian supermarket in Osh, the business also offers flower delivery, a range of soft toys and festive flower arrangements. The prominent location in the entrance area of the supermarket ensures good visibility and attracts many customers looking for a fast and high-quality service. One of Aibika's most important investments was the purchase of a refrigeration system for optimal storage of the flowers.
Aibika plans to further expand its business and extend its services by implementing a CRM system and setting up an online store platform. The online store is planned as the next major milestone. There is great potential in the fact that many Kyrgyz work as migrant workers in other countries. Ordering and delivering flowers for their mothers and wives back home is a strong need that Aibika wants to address specifically.
Through BPN's training program, Aibika wants to further develop her management skills and acquire additional business know-how. Aibika is determined to use her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to enrich the floral landscape in southern Kyrgyzstan. We look forward to accompanying her on this journey.
