After studying law, Aida gained professional experience as a lawyer. In 2001, she decided to realize her dream of entrepreneurship and founded a yurt camp. The camp offers authentic accommodation in traditional Kyrgyz yurts, including meals.
The guests, mainly foreign tourists, experience the nomadic culture of Kyrgyzstan at first hand. The camp offers unique experiences such as folklore evenings with professional Kyrgyz musicians, golden eagle shows, horse riding and hunting activities as well as workshops on making shyrdaks (traditional carpets) and national dishes.the camp combines traditional values with modern comfort and is characterized by its ethno-ecological orientation. The business has developed steadily over the years and today enjoys a high reputation, including a rating of 8.9 on Booking.com. With a capacity of 25 yurts, the camp offers first-class infrastructure, including ecological technologies such as sewage treatment plants and water heat pumps.
The aim is to develop the camp into a regional center for ecotourism. Among other things, Aida plans to renovate the yurts. The company wants to make greater use of green technologies in order to further improve environmental friendliness.
The camp not only offers guests unforgettable experiences, but also development opportunities for employees. The seasonal workers receive regular training to ensure the highest quality standards. In the long term, the aim is to create a training center that not only improves the quality of services, but also trains young locals in tourism-related professions and in the manufacture of national products.
By participating in the BPN programme, Aida aims to deepen its business management knowledge in order to further optimize the company's financial and organizational processes. A particular aim is to drive forward the automation of the booking systems and open up new markets.
