Iniskan studied law and worked in the judiciary for 10 years, where she rose to the position of advisor to the President of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. After many disappointments in her profession, she left the judiciary in 2014. In the same year, she became pregnant and gave birth to her first son. In 2017, when Iniskan was still on maternity leave and her son was 3 years old, she decided to open her own kindergarten on the grounds of her parents' house. Together with her mother, she put this plan into practice. Insikan is now a mother of 3 children herself and successfully runs a kindergarten business.
The kindergarten has its own canteen, a sports and music room, a large, well-equipped outdoor playground and even its own salt room in the basement to prevent children from catching flu and viruses. After 2 successful years on the market, Iniskan decided to expand further. Together with her parents, she decided to buy another plot of land and build a second kindergarten there. They took a risk, bought a plot of land with an existing building and opened a second kindergarten there. The building was already well built for a kindergarten, so Iniskan only took out a loan to carry out repairs and renovations and to purchase equipment and furniture.
All kindergarten groups in both branches are currently almost full. Iniskan is therefore already considering further expansion. Iniskan would like to expand further in the future and is planning to open a third kindergarten and add an elementary school to the company.
