As a student, Nasikhat began working at the Kyrgyz Commercial Bank. She remained loyal to the company for 13 years and worked her way up to become deputy chairwoman of the bank. Nasikhat used this time to save for her long-cherished dream of having her own private elementary school. A good education has always been important to Nasikhat. After meeting another BPN participant who was already running a private kindergarten, Nasikhat decided to join forces with her. She then opened her own private elementary school in 2021.
The roles and responsibilities of the partners are clearly divided between the kindergarten and the school. From the outset, Nasikhat attached great importance to comfortable premises and recruited highly professional teachers, which helped it get off to a successful start and made it well-known in the city. Today, 3 years after the start, there are already 3 branches in the city. The last new branch was opened in a modern, rented building with an area of 2000 m². All 3 branches are housed in rented premises. The weak points of their customers are temporary payment defaults. This is why Nasikhat offers a discount of up to 10% to customers who pay for a whole year in advance.
In the future, Nasikhat plans to open a college for older pupils. For now, however, she is concentrating on building and equipping a mini football pitch next to the school where all the students can play sports. Nasikhat joined BPN to learn more about running a business, improve her skills and expand her contacts.
