Erlan successfully completed his studies at the University of Law in 2013. Even as a child, however, he had a passion for assembling and disassembling furniture and often helped his neighbors with this. His big dream was to create something big in the future, to market a product under his own brand and name. In 2013, he got a job in a furniture company through acquaintances, where he gained valuable experience. In 2018, he finally decided to rent premises and start his own company. Erlan started manufacturing high-quality mattresses, especially orthopaedic mattresses, which he sold through his own store.
The business grew steadily and he turned to BPN for training and funding to expand his business. Erlan plans to expand into wholesale mattresses, as currently only 20% of sales are wholesale and 80% are retail. He also plans to use modern production machinery, equipment and technology, focus on specializing in orthopaedic mattresses and build a modern production facility in Kyrgyzstan in his own large premises. He also wants to develop the neighboring markets in Kazakhstan and Russia.
Although Erlan's mattresses are already very well known and word of mouth is positive, he continues to invest heavily in advertising and is looking forward to attending a seminar on marketing and employee management in order to expand his business professionally. He recently applied for a loan from us to buy new production machinery.
