Quality assurance is the backbone of the company’s operations. Clear standard operating procedures with standardized recipes, ongoing staff training, and carefully selected suppliers ensure consistent standards, even at large events with up to 600 guests. Julia currently leads a team of six employees in the areas of management, kitchen operations, and administration. At the same time, the company is increasingly reaching its limits due to limited kitchen and space capacities. Added to this is a heavy reliance on Julia, who continues to play a central role in day-to-day operations.
For the coming years, Julia plans to gradually professionalize and further develop the company. This includes renovating and expanding the kitchen and restaurant, strategically growing the corporate client business, and further diversifying marketing channels. In the area of hygiene as well, certified standards are to be not only formally met but also consistently integrated into daily operations. Another key priority is delegating operational responsibility to a General Manager or Head of Operations. This is intended to reduce the current reliance on Julia and lay an important foundation for further growth.
Julia’s personal drive has a significant impact on the company. She is determined, thinks systematically, and pursues a clear vision of developing Delish Catering into a comprehensive culinary ecosystem over the long term.
