In 2022, approximately 4,000* jobs were supported, approximately 165* seminars & workshops and over 1,300* coaching sessions were conducted.

In 2022, two coaches from BPN Nicaragua held self-developed seminars on their favorite topics"Differentiation" and"Operations Management". An extra effort that the two successfully took on in addition to their already demanding day-to-day business. Well done!
At BPN Kyrgyzstan, the focus in 2022 was on the Osh location and its "reactivation". A new employee started work there and 5 entrepreneurs were recruited for the BPN program over the course of the year, and we were pleased to welcome a total of 86 participants to various seminars and workshops.
