Swiss business trip for BPN company.

Political-economic situation

The Mongolian Prime Minister received Mrs. Axelle Nicaise, Ambassador of the European Union. The implementation of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Mongolia and the EU is to be strengthened. Axelle Nicaise stressed that the EU is ready to cooperate with Mongolia in combating desertification, land degradation and developing renewable energy.

Activities BPN

In the 3rd quarter, 4 new employees started in the areas of "Business Academy" and "Coaching". They compensate for absences as a result of several maternity leaves (up to 3 years possible). They are being carefully introduced to their tasks.

The local team organized 4 workshops in business and financial planning. Furthermore, in cooperation with the largest Mongolian banking institution (Khan), we started the second round of the "SME Development Program". In 7 modules we teach 17 companies business administration and value-based (self-)management. The goal is to attract SMEs to the BPN program. In addition, we have been able to hold 20 coaching talks on various topics since mid-August.

From 08-14 September 2022, the 3rd Swiss Business Trip for BPN companies took place, for which we welcomed 10 participants. The aim of this event was to learn industry-specific recipes for success. Namely, it is about improvement approaches of the own product quality and service orientation as well as the deepening of the knowledge in business administration and business ethics. A "highlight" was the participation in the Lenkerhof weekend.
