Elie, a dedicated family man and educator, discovered his vocation in teaching at an early age. After graduating from high school in 2014, he turned to working with young children. With a bachelor's degree in theology and the goal of completing a master's in project management, Elie combines pedagogical passion with entrepreneurial foresight.
In 2018, he founded his own school in the district of Musanze after his former workplace had to close. What began with one classroom, 20 children and one teacher is now a recognized educational institution with 300 pupils and 20 employees. The school offers kindergarten and primary school education, language lessons and day care.
As a private company, it is financed exclusively by parental contributions, grants and partnerships - without any NGO structures. Elie's commitment to disadvantaged children is particularly noteworthy: through targeted fundraising activities, he enables them to receive a high-quality education without any additional burden on their families.
Today, Elie acts as Managing Director and focuses on expanding and strengthening the business in the long term. With the vision of becoming the leading elementary school in the region, he plans to significantly expand capacity in the coming years. His school is certified according to the guidelines of the National Examination and School Accreditation (NESA) and cooperates with the Israeli embassy as part of a teacher exchange program. To achieve his ambitious goals, Elie is relying on BPN's support - with the aim of strengthening his leadership skills, optimizing financial structures and building sustainable partnerships.
