Dairy

Gisele U.

Gisele had always wanted to run a family business that her children could take over. As her husband owns dairy cows and they used to have to throw away a large amount of unsold produce, she then realized what it should be. She started a dairy business, buying the surplus milk from other farmers and processing it into yogurt, butter and much more. Gisele has been in the business for several years and runs it competently and with a great overview. And yet she realized that she was often missing important business management elements. She started looking for a suitable training partner and found one in us.

Project description

Gisele's business has a huge impact on the community, considering that before the dairy was established, farmers could not sell their produce. She supports local milk producers while buying milk from neighboring farmers. Her products are mainly bought by parents who need fresh milk and butter or by people who appreciate her yogurts, which are made from fresh fruits and natural flavors without chemicals.

Gisele wants her business to become an important part of her community and a key employer. It is also important to her not to support food waste and is making a significant contribution to this with her dairy. She also very much hopes to have founded a sustainable family business that will be run by many generations to come. We support this ambitious woman in her plans and wish her every success.
