Yasser S.

Yasser combines an entrepreneurial spirit with a down-to-earth professional approach. After graduating in 2013, the trained agricultural technician gained a wide range of experience as a consultant - including internationally, for example in Ecuador. But entrepreneurship is in his blood, inspired by his mother, who was also in business. In 2021, he took a decisive step: with the aim of improving his income and combining his passion with entrepreneurial thinking, he founded a fish restaurant in León.

Thanks to his knowledge of the coastal region and close contacts with fishermen, Yasser can buy fresh fish and seafood directly and cheaply - a clear advantage over his competitors. His restaurant is lovingly designed in the style of a beach bar and conveys a maritime experience even in the city.

Project description

With growth and new ideas - such as the introduction of paella and pasta and the opening of a second location - Yasser recognized the need for more structure and clarity. He found targeted support at BPN. He found the financial control tools particularly helpful, which not only gave him a better overview but also helped him with pricing. A customer survey revealed new perspectives on the tastes of his guests - a valuable insight that is currently being incorporated into the revision of the menu.

In future, Yasser wants to appeal to a quality-conscious customer segment that values taste, freshness and a harmonious ambience. BPN is supporting him with practical tools and strategic advice to further consolidate his vision of a high-quality restaurant concept.
