Project description

In the beginning, Armando only treated one patient a week, but used the time for brand building and market analysis. Thanks to effective use of social media, he increased awareness of his clinic and achieved continuous growth. Due to the positive financial development, he convinced his wife Fatima to leave her job and join the company in 2021. The two of them invested Fatima's severance pay in improving the infrastructure.

When a patient told them about the BPN Foundation, they saw it as an opportunity to further professionalize their company. When drawing up the business plan, they realized that they had previously been operating rather aimlessly. Now they want to systematically expand their clinic. In future, they would also like to offer pediatrics and laboratory examinations and set up their own operating theatre. With BPN's support, they are in the process of structuring their finances and implementing their long-term goals with concrete measures.
