Carlos studied industrial engineering. After graduating, he worked for a renowned company in the field of quality control. In 2016, he ventured into self-employment and took on smaller orders. He quickly specialized in the field of electrical engineering. Initially, he limited himself to carrying out the work and had the planning done externally. However, when electrical installations became his main business, he decided to additionally study electrical engineering so that he could also take over the planning phase himself.

Project description

Despite many challenges, Carlos has always financed the steady growth of his company from his own resources and decided against moving to the USA, even though he would have had the opportunity to do so. He sought administrative support from BPN due to the company's growth. Through BPN's coaching, he learned not only to analyze his finances thoroughly, but also to better identify and approach his customers. Today, one of his main clients is a large company that regularly carries out small construction projects. He also works for universities, other companies and private individuals who own real estate in Nicaragua.

Carlos has big plans for the future. In addition to expanding his customer base, he would like to acquire a larger business premises. He is currently renting an office where he also stores materials; part of his warehouse is still at his parents'. Carlos is also planning to enter the up-and-coming solar industry.
