Despite many challenges, Carlos has always financed the steady growth of his company from his own resources and decided against moving to the USA, even though he would have had the opportunity to do so. He sought administrative support from BPN because of the company's growth. Through BPN's coaching, he learned not only how to analyze his finances thoroughly, but also how to better identify and target his customers. Today, one of his main clients is a large company that regularly undertakes small construction projects. He also works for universities, other companies and individuals who own real estate in Nicaragua.

Carlos has big plans for the future. In addition to expanding his customer base, he would like to acquire a larger business premises. He is currently renting an office where he also stores materials; part of his warehouse is still at his parents' house. Carlos also plans to enter the emerging solar industry.
