Restaurant and stalls

Guillermo G.

Guillermo's mother started a "cocteleria" as a street stall in 1983, where the typical fish dish is made from raw fish with lemon juice and onions. A trained mechanic, Guillermo began supporting his mother in her business as early as 1990. However, he has always worked in other places and also trained in business management. In 2018, he finally took over the business from his mother and realized that he needed help to develop it further. So Guillermo turned to BPN.

Project description

Although Guillermo already has some basic knowledge of business management, he recognizes that the seminars and the development of his business plan at BPN go much deeper and that he has to deal with new considerations with us. Guillermo is also already working with BPN financial tools to help him keep his finances under control. As a result, he has unfortunately already discovered that a cashier and a waiter were embezzling large sums of money and had to dismiss both of them. As a result of these experiences, Guillermo is enthusiastic about the help he receives from BPN and also involves his daughters. For example, he wants them to help him draw up his business plan.

Guillermo wants to multiply his business model and open new locations as well as produce centrally in order to be able to deliver to small supermarkets or petrol stations later on. His daughters, who are already actively helping out in the business during their vacations, will then take over the management of other locations. Guillermo has competitors right next door, but customers are increasingly coming to him because he delivers good quality and can also serve them more quickly thanks to his good process organization.
