Restaurant

Fabiana P.

At 19, Fabiana is one of the youngest BPN entrepreneurs. Her mother, Esperanza, took over her husband's fishing business after his death and set up a restaurant so that she could use the remaining fish from there. Fabiana has always been passionate about helping out in the restaurant. She decided to study architecture online so that she could continue to work in the restaurant. Together with her mother, she works enthusiastically in the restaurant every day from early in the morning until late at night. Fabiana now works in the restaurant management.

Project description

Fabiana realized that despite all the work, the financial results were rather modest, which is why she sought help from BPN. She would like to expand the restaurant and offer catering to larger companies in the area for their employees. There are only a few catering options in the area and this expansion of the offer therefore has potential. Fabiana has also started to advertise via social networks in order to gain additional new customers.

Fabiana would like the restaurant to have access to the sea at some point. She has now rejected the idea of a hotel due to the training and coaching she received at BPN. She was advised to carry out a market study first to see if there was enough demand for it. She is now concentrating entirely on the restaurant and would like to constantly improve the restaurant and perhaps even build a second floor in the future.
